Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or doesn’t match the description you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact our customer service team at Definee.streetwear@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final unless the product is faulty or defective as outlined above.
Return Process for Faulty Products
Contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
We may request photographs or further information to assess the problem.
If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refusal or failure to Pay VAT and/or any duties and taxes
If in the event that shipment fees are refused by dhl or any shipment carrier used, the customer is liable for any charges and fees incurred to ship back the order to Define. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
